Every Room

Standard Service:

remove cobwebs; dust all surfaces including blinds, banisters, ceiling fans, light fixtures & TVs; vacuum all floors & stairs, steam clean wood floors, scrub all non-wood hard floors & polish all hard floors; wash and polish all baseboards; clean inside windows not requiring a ladder & all other glass surfaces, empty, wash & re-line wastebaskets; wash walls & switch plates, where needed, all doors inside and out; vacuum all furniture and lampshades; clean silk plants and water real plants; lift all items from surfaces to be cleaned.

Upon Request:

Exterior windows not requiring a ladder, hand clean pictures & knick-knacks, hand scrub & polish hard floors, move furniture to clean behind, wash live plants.

Bathrooms

Standard Service:

Scrub & sanitize showers, shower doors & walls, tubs, sinks and toilets inside and out; wash shower curtains clean & polish mirrors, vanity and all items on vanity or shelves.

Upon Request:

Clean and/or organize under sink & other cabinets, wash towels & rugs.

Bedrooms

Standard Service:

Make beds and/or change bed linen.

Upon Request:

Wash bed linen & towels.

Kitchen Area

Standard Service:

clean, dry & polish all counters, backsplashes & appliance surfaces; clean stove drip pans, burner grates and knobs; clean microwave in and out; wash cabinet exteriors & walls where necessary; wash dirty dishes.

Upon Request:

clean oven, clean inside of refrigerator, range hood filter & interior.

Laundry Room

Standard Service:

Clean washer & dryer inside and out, wipe down items on shelves.

Upon Request:

Wash clothes, towels, throw rugs, clean and/or reorganize storage cabinets

Basements

Standard Service:

Finished basement is considered part of the home.

Upon Request:

Clean un-finished basement, scrub stairs.

Deep Cleaning

Standard Service:

Required on first visit only.

Special Projects

Upon Request:

Clean garage, prepare for garage sale, organize closets, inside kitchen cabinets, moving in or out, construction cleanup, inside china & curio cabinets, rearrange furniture.
